Parking services at JK Iguatemi are fully automated and employ world-class paid garage technologies. The mall’s parking management system was been designed to serve the needs of several types of parking users and manage all essential parking operations, such as entry, fee payment, supervision, spot control, data processing and all communication until a vehicle exits the garages.

JK Iguatemi has 3 parking garages:

Valet parking on P1
Conventional parking garages on P2 and P3

P2 and P3 are reserved for self-parking and have spot signage for customer convenience, reducing parking times and assisting in location of free parking spaces.

QR codes in JK Iguatemi Parking Garages

At Shopping JK Iguatemi QR Codes will be used on all parking levels to assist customers in locating their vehicles with cellular phones or tablets.

All pillars indicating parking sectors will bear a corresponding QR code label. The mall has a customized application with several store-related functionalities, services and attractions, including a QR code reader. Customers should simply point the reader to the QR code on the pillar closest to their parked vehicle. The application QR reader will automatically translate the QR code into meaningful information to remind customers where their car is parked, as well as a map of the key entrances to the mall. At the conventional parking entries and exits, we also have the Sem Parar system to facilitate access without the need to use a parking ticket or pay upon exit.

Cards

At each JK Iguatemi entrance, customers without a prepaid parking card will find card-issuing machines. These machines will issue cards that record the time, date, and entrance equipment used. Upon entry or exit, users with these parking cards will pay according to the time they remained in the garage. Parking fees can be paid at any cashier booth located in the mall. When a customer introduces a validated card in the corresponding slot, the machine controlling the barrier gate will raise, allowing the customer to exit the parking area. There is a tolerance of 15 minutes.

Payment Method: Payment of mall parking fees may only be made at designated cashier booths with check, cash or debit cards.

Parking Cards

The mall Parking Card allows customers to use parking via prepaid parking cards. Parking cards offer discounts on parking fees with prepayment of valid parking credits. Cards come with 20, 50, and 100 parking credits, and each credit is worth R$ 1.00 toward parking charges. These cards are rechargeable and may be purchased directly at parking cashier booths.

- 20-credit Parking Card = R$19.00 (5% off regular price)
- 50–credit Parking Card = R$45.00 (10% off regular price)
- 100–credit Parking Card = R$85.00 (15% off regular price)

Valet Parking

JK Iguatemi offers valet parking services for our customers’ comfort and convenience. This service is available only on P1, accessible from the JK, Marginal, and Chedid entrances, daily from 10:00 A.M. until midnight. Valet parking must be paid at a specific cashier booth on P1, where the vehicle is returned to its owner.

Location of parking cashier booths and APS

For our customers’ comfort, cashier booths have been distributed in strategic points: near the escalators to the parking garage and near the elevator bank. These points receive parking payments and sell and recharge pre-paid parking cards.
